Currently serving as Professor of Public Policy and Computer Science and Director of Institute for Environmental Diplomacy and Security at the University of Vermont, Dr. Asim Zia will provide brief overview of "Transboundary Water In-Cooperation Network" (TWIN) and its new program on "Highlands to Oceans (H2O): Anticipatory Governance of Hydroclimatic Regime Shifts in Transboundary River Basins."

Clive Lipchin

Clive Lipchin is Director of Center for Transboundary Water Management at the Arava Institute for Environmental Studies, in Israel and will speak on climate and water security issues in transboundary river basins.

Maria del Pilar Cornejo

Maria del Pilar Cornejo, Dean of the Faculty of Maritime Engineering and Marine Sciences at the Polytechnic University (ESPOL) in Guayaquil, Ecuador will speak on climate and integrated water management issues in Amazon basin.

Ashutosh Mohanty

Ashutosh Mohanty, Professor at the Madhyanchal Professional University and Government nodal officer for National Disaster Management and River Basin Hazard management program of Government of India, will speak on climate adaptation through community scale interventions in Hindukush Himalayas.
